Mental Health Therapist

We're Hiring: Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) – Copperfield At District Counseling, we believe great therapists deserve more than just office space—they deserve mentorship, opportunity, and a team that genuinely invests in their success. Copperfield: 14525 FM 529, Suite 105, Houston, TX 77095 We are especially looking for therapists with evening availability, as this is when client demand is highest. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other appropriate modalities. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide exceptional client care. Continue developing professionally through ongoing learning and mentorship. What We're Looking For Spanish Speaking preferred but not required. Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LPC Associate, LCSW, or LMSW, or LMFT or LMFT-A Comfortable working independently while managing your own caseload. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills. Marketing, networking, or community outreach experience is a huge plus.
