**Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $5,000 Hiring Bonus** **Full-Time or Part-Time | Onsite | Burnsville, MN** **Hourly Pay: $36.40–$50.23** We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with children in a center-based autism treatment setting. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply! **Responsibilities** - Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy sessions. - Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and parents on treatment plans. - Administer assessments and prepare treatment plans and progress notes. - Provide individualized therapy and support children's communication development. **Required Qualifications** - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Active Minnesota Department of Health state license. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Clinical Fellows will also be considered. - General knowledge of child development and individuals with special needs. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Interest in working with children and an enthusiastic, playful approach to therapy. **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience working with children with autism. **Compensation and Benefits** - $36.40–$50.23 per hour. - $5,000 hiring bonus. - Full-time or part-time opportunities. - Training and professional development.
